INSTALLATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
After completion of the metering system specification & design of the network architecture, SourceOne prepares and administers an RFP package which is bid out to installation contractors. Our team then provides project management and coordination services for the specified sub-metering equipment and materials to be installed by the Owner’s selected contractor to ensure that the system is installed properly and in accordance with design.
SYSTEM COMMISSIONING & PROGRAMMING
The most important attribute of any metering system is accuracy. An energy management program can only be successful if there is data integrity and that starts at the metering commissioning process following the installation.
SourceOne provides complete metering system startup, testing, commissioning and verification to ensure reliable data collection. Our team physically commissions each meter after installation to verify proper installation such as orientation and phasing of Current Transformers. We also handle all programming of networking and communications hardware to ensure that data is properly integrated with energy management systems.
