For the past 15+ years, SourceOne has worked with some of the nation’s largest municipal, commercial, and industrial energy users to develop and administer advanced utility data management tools and solutions.

Our invoice management services are centered around our cloud hosted utility management platform, EMSYS.  EMSYS provides a centralized, web-accessible data warehouse to store and aggregate monthly utility invoices from utilities and suppliers across large organizations.  It incorporates Bill Recalculation and Usage Analysis for multiple accounts organized into a single portal which will contain the current and historical monthly snapshots of energy consumption and costs by cost center (departments, regions, etc).
Where possible, our analysts work with our customers to establish Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) feeds with local utilities to reduce time spent on manual processing and reduce likelihood of human error.  In addition, we also support integration with our clients’ accounts payable systems to improve payment efficiency and avoid costly late fees.
